Sometimes the easiest way to let go of stress is to take a ride on the complain train.
The complain train is simply just complaining about what you need to complain about so sit back, relax and have a great ride.

As you look to the left you will find the complain train’s first destination called annoying-cats.
While you visit annoying-cats the afternoon and the night are peaceful with the sound of purring annoying-cats residents and paws running on the ground but annoying-cats turns terrible in the wee hours of the morning. The residents soon meow there head off waiting for food and wanting to go outside. They won’t and never will be quiet until their chubby little bellies are full of food and they
can frolic in the grass.

Next stop is the land of secrets which is the exact opposite of the lands name. This magical land is full of wonderful people who everyone of them has a bank where they stores there friend’s secrets. Sadly most of the time some of these bank’s owners always give away the secrets to the whole world!

The complain train has to end eventually, and it has to end now.

Your voice stutters, your heart starts beating faster and beads of sweat start trickling down your face. Don’t give into fear.
When your head is clouded with to much self judgment (from fear) you might think of what you can accomplish but you feel like you can’t . When you are backstage before a piano recital thoughts of failure rush to your brain like “what if I hit the wrong note?” “What if I mess up the whole thing?”. Fear will mess up what you can do.
Another reason fear is harmful is if you’re nervous you may not do as good because of low self confidence.
For example, during your piano recital if you believe you will do it horribly then when you get up on stage, fear stuns your mind and you probably won’t do as well as you did when you practiced. Never let fear take hold of you when you want to do something well.
Next time your scared take a deep breath and think to yourself — I can do this.
